Terms of service

What you get. A paid plan gives you a monthly allowance of managed model usage, shared by every model the plan includes. The included allowance renews with each confirmed subscription payment and does not carry forward from one paid period to the next. Optional top-ups add the allowance shown at checkout; unused purchased allowance remains available while your paid subscription is active. Current plan prices and quotas are shown on the pricing page and in your account. Subscription price changes apply at the next renewal, without an immediate charge.

Cancelling and refunds. Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We refund the current period in full if you ask within 7 days of a first payment and have used less than 10% of the allowance. Otherwise payments are non-refundable.

Your key, your responsibility. API keys are bearer credentials: anyone holding one can spend your allowance. Keep them private. Revoke a key from the dashboard the moment you suspect it has leaked.

Acceptable use. No sharing or reselling of keys, no automated bulk use that is not your own work, nothing illegal. We may suspend an account that breaks this, with the reason shown in the app.

The model provider. Paid plans run on third-party models through our gateway. The provider applies its own content policy; a refused request is not a fault of the service.
